Overview

Xmix uses secure session based authentication. The platform can be accessed from any web browser with just your email and password.

How to Sign Up

Create your account

  1. Go to https://xmixmaterials.com/sign-up.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Submit to create your account.
The platform checks if the email is already in use before creating your account.

Verify your email

  1. You’ll receive a 6‑digit code via email.
  2. Enter the code on the email verification screen.
  3. Continue once verification succeeds.
If you didn’t recieve your verification code, check your spam, junk, or quarrantine folders. If the code has expired, you can request it again again.

Complete your profile

  1. Provide your first and last name.
  2. Add your phone number and date of birth.
The first person to create an account will have “Owner” level status inside the platform. For invited users, their status is pre-seleced in the invite.

Verify your phone number

  1. Request an SMS code for the provided phone number.
  2. Enter the SMS code to confirm.
  3. Review and accept the SMS messaging consent.
This lets us know it’s actually you :)

Set up your company

  1. Enter your company name and contact number.
  2. Input your company contact emails.
  3. Add your mailing address (country, state, city, street, ZIP).
You’re all set! You’ll land on he home page inside the platform and can start submitting tests.

Signing In

You can navigate to the sign in page via the sign in button on the top right of the landing page, or navigate to https://xmixmaterials.com/sign-in. Just enter your email and password to sign in.
When you are signed in, the sign in button on the top right of the landing page will say “Dashboard”. Sessions log out after 30 min of inactivity.

Password Reset

To reset your password, click the “Forgot your password?” button on the sign in page. This will prompt you to input your email. If an account is found with your email, it will send you a password reset link. Follow the steps to reset your password.
If you didn’t recieve the email, check your spam, junk, or quarrantine folders. If the link has expired, start the process over again.
